A new challenge ? Beaulieu is looking for a PMO Officer to support ICT projects, initiates by ICT or the business.

As PMO Officer you:

Work with other functions and teams to formally introduce, effectively plan and align ICT project
Take ownership of project charters and close follow-up of capex flows
Collect input for quotations and define all resource requirements
Create detailed resource planning and define recruitment requirements
Support, align and tailor the Project Management standards and tools, and ensure that standards are followed
Support and develop supporting project management documentation and processes, prepare reports and monitor KPIs
Help to prepare and drive meetings and workshops, align with stakeholders
Governance on overall license requirements, consultancy contracts and resource dependencies in favor of projects
Support the creation and monitoring of teams’ work plans
Report directly to the Group ICT Director

About you:

University or bachelor degree
2 years+ of experience in a Project Management Office or in project environment
First project management experience and working in project teams
Experience in applying of a formal project management methodology (PRINCE2, PMI, agile methods)
Precise work and accurate both in the follow-up and in reporting, organized and structured
A natural feel for planning and know how to define, realize and implement a target vision
You can both maintain overview and dive into the details
Strong communication skills and able to connect with people from different levels
Mastering MS365 tools
Fluent in English and Dutch
