Job Description:

Function description:

  • Prepare project boards or steering committees

  • Project monitoring and reporting

  • Business Analysis with regards to the Project’s Expected Deliveries

  • Risk and issue management

  • Capacity planning and resource management

  • Process improvement

  • Time management

  • Follow-up on project documentation and change control

  • IMPORTANT : Be able so deep dive in work packages / expected deliveries of the project and make him/herself "Business Analyst" deepdives and diagnostics = part of the Function.

  • EXPERIENCE in Operational Risk Management Framework / Controls is a key plus for the Function.

  • SENIORITY in Managing various Project Stakeholders with different point of views is key for the Function.


Required experience / knowledge

Experience:

At least 5 years of relevant experience

Technical Experience:

Preferable

  • Basic understanding of Control Tools or capacity to quickly understand the Control Tools main functionalities.

Business Experience:

Mandatory

  • Financial Services or Operational Risk Management

Preferable

  • To be able to understand and capture the point of view of Senior Business Stakeholders’ needs

Soft skills:

  • Ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view) - strategic thinking

  • Communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented

  • Proactive and Reactive

  • Eager to deep dive and learn

  • Easy contact to be able to interact with the different Experts / Stakeholders (Business / LoD1 - LoD2)

  • Structured but pragmatic approach

  • Goal-oriented with creative approach (Plan A / Plan B and consequence management)
