Project Manager
Are you critical, enterprising and a born manager? Do you have experience of successfully completing projects in oil, gas, power, shipbuilding and pharmaceuticals? Are you able to oversee several complex projects at once? If so, you are our ideal Project Manager.
Your duties:
As a Project Manager your focus is on the completion of projects in the oil, gas, energy, shipping and pharmaceutical industries. You also have the following daily responsibilities:
  • You are able to oversee, decisively direct and effectively monitor one or more complex projects
  • You make a seamless link between the needs and capacity of the client and you are able to distinguish yourself in all phases of the project management process
  • You prepare and draw up project plans
  • You implement the project scope, schedule and budgets
  • You monitor the project schedule, progress, quality and budget
  • You are responsible for coordinating and indirectly directing the project team
  • You are responsible to the customer and supplier relationships with regard to quality and performance
  • You maintain a high level of customer relations, service quality and customer satisfaction
  • You ensure the proper handover of the project within the budget and schedule set
Who are you:
As a Project Manager you have the following qualities:
  • You have completed higher occupational/scientific education
  • You have at least 5 years’ relevant experience as a project manager on multidisciplinary projects
  • You have good empathy and are able to switch quickly in the organisation
  • You have a good command of spoken and written Dutch and English
  • You are a genuine people manager; you encourage and manage employees in such a way that their strengths are utilised
