For a client active in the pharmaceutical industry and located in the Brussels area, we are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst.

Your new function

Hays Life Sciences is looking for a Quality Analyst who will be in charge of the continual improvement program of the Quality Management System (QMS). Your position will imply undertaking internal audits and process reviews for healthcare products. Moreover, you will be in charge of ensuring compliance between customers expectations, business needs and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will analyse customers complaints about products, identify trends and suggest improvement plans. You are also responsible of the customer feedback management and provide correctives actions to solve recurrent quality issues.

Your profile

Our client is looking for a person who holds a scientific degree and has a strong experience in Quality Assurance. You already acquired a internal audit certification in the past. You are able to speak English fluently as it will be the working language; knowledge of French or Dutch would be an asset. You are customer-oriented, autonomous and proactive. You also have great communication and leadership skills.
