As our QA Engineer, you will be supporting our Product team delivering great features to our customers as fast as possible while ensuring the highest quality user experience. You will have the following responsabilities:

• Defining and writing test plans to execute manually or automatically
• Performing functional tests on new features and validate the product release
• Analyzing software defects reported by Customer support team
• Defining priority of reported defects and follow up on resolutions
• Contributing to improve the user experience by providing recommendations based on the testing of our application and platform from a customer point of view
• Create and maintain product documentation for the Customer support team
• Understand and implement best-fit testing approaches to ensure that applications and new features are working as expected
• Communicate defects accurately and effectively to the team

Who are we looking for?

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a QA engineer in software development
• Proven experience in mobile and web testing
• Proven experience working in an agile development process
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Sharp attention to details
• Of course you are really, really good at planning and organizing.
• Fluent English
