To reinforce our team of consultants in West-Flanders, we are currently looking for a R&D Manager.

Your main duties will be:

Coordination and management of the TA team including employee skill development
Responsible for the control and development of processes, structures and tools within R&D
Interface between the European locations and coordination of process and system technical improvements such as implementation of a PLM system, Headcount Management, Change Management processes and standardization of technical requirements and regulations
Monitoring Data Management activities, Training planning for Engineer and Technician
Continuous development and improvement of the product development process
Definition and implementation of standards, process descriptions, working documents and KPI methodology for the R&D department

Have you got what it takes?

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Business management discipline
You have with preference minimum 10 years’ experience in Research and Development, Resource Management, and Change Management.
You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and SAP
You are able to work comfortably with technical data and systems
You are an autonomous and driven teamplayer with exceptional analytical skills
You are a fluent communicator in Dutch and English (verbal and written)
