To face our constant growth, we are currently actively looking for a R&D Scientist – Characterisation of biomolecules

You will work on innovative biopharmaceutical products under development (preclinical and clinical phases).

You will work in a team involved in Quality Assistance in-house analytical development projects.

Those projects are related to the development, validation and/or application of analytical methods for the characterisation of (bio)molecules.

YOUR MISSION

In this role you will be accountable for taking up the technical, scientific and regulatory aspects of method development projects

  • Perform analyses
  • Process data
  • Write reports and associated supporting documents
  • Present/discuss results

You may also participate in projects outsourced by our clients.

PROFILE

You have a scientific background with specialisation in separation techniques

Required

  • Very good technical expertise in(U)HPLC applied to peptides and proteins
  • Very good practical knowledge of one or more of the following analytical techniques:Capillary electrophoresis, Gel electrophoresis, Field Flow Fractionation (A4F) ….
  • Experience in mass spectrometry characterisation of biomolecules
  • Very good knowledge of analysis and characterisation of peptides/proteins/mAbs, oligonucleotides, mRNA and/or viral vectors (AAV).
  • Working experience in development, validation and/or application of analytical methods applied to biomolecules
  • Very good level of French and English (writing scientific documents, reports, protocols and mails)

Pluses

  • Experience in structural analysis of biomolecules (circular dichroism, FT-IR, Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC)
  • Experience in light scattering-based techniques (DLS, MALLS)
