You will join a talented and passionate team in the smart industry sector as a Recruiter.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage all the recruitment process (Sourcing, screening, softskills interviews, ...)Anticipate and prioritize the recruitment needsMonitor and improve recruitment activities, prepare reporting
  • Ensure the good image of RealDev onto social media
  • Prepare and participate in different events such as job fairs, students fairs

Must Have :

  • Bachelor Degree or higher2 to 3 years of proven experience in the recruitment of highly qualified technical profiles
  • Autonomous, rigorous and creative spirit
  • Result oriented, focused on high quality and autonomous
  • Good communication and team player
  • French and English speaker

Nice to have :

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Additional languages
  • Experience with engineering, life sciences profiles
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €2,200.00 - €2,800.00 per month
