Would you like to champion the hotel brands within TUI? Are you ready to influence, to represent and to advise in such a way to improve sales? You will ensure all brands are effectively positioned, aligning global and local objectives, as well as identifying opportunities to drive sales. - Develop and own the sales and education strategies by brand within each market of the Western Region, in partnership with their existing distribution networks and processes to optimise performance. This involves significant influence, negotiation and relationship management with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels;
- Own the development and creation of education platforms, tools, presentations and networks to sales teams, travel agents, contact centres as well as head office colleagues;
- Monitor merchandising of hotels and clubs across both retail and websites, taking actions to aid the customer journey and ease of purchase;
- Represent the hotel brands at key international events and conferences, identifying the right opportunities to take part in and the level of promotion required;
- Act as central point of contact between the TUI tour operators and the hotels/clubs, ensuring all information and updates sent are relevant, adapted as required and timely;
- You are experienced in developing and implementing engaging education strategies to increase sales, ideally with international and travel industry experience in complex distribution networks with the ability to identify the right actions at the right moments.
- You are a powerful communicator with excellent presentation skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas in creative ways, and think on your feet. Confident presenting to large and small audiences, with initiative to anticipate the right approach for the audience in order to create the biggest impact
- Highly organised with a flexible approach to working within a fast changing, fast moving environment. Demonstrable experience of project planning and management skills, with proven ability to deliver on time and to budget
- Customer focused, with strong business acumen. Ability to generate excitement and support from colleagues in a competitive environment by building genuine and lasting relationships across the business at all levels;
- You can express yourself in an excellent way in Dutch, but your English will be as good as your mother tongue. Are you a language wizard and do you speak French as well? That would be even better;
