Within the Customer supply chain QA and Compliance team of FrieslandCampina Professional we are looking for a Compliance/regulatory Specialist. In this role you enable FrieslandCampina Professional to win in the market by ensuring that all products that are marketed are compliant with regulatory requirements as well as compliance to internal and external standards and policies.

  • Experience (min. 2 years) in regulatory affairs
  • Knowledge on Food legislation
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

  • Good communication skills

Vacancy Description

As Compliance Specialist you are part of the customer supply chain QA and compliance team of FrieslandCampina Professional. You are reporting to the Compliance Manager.

You perform a key role in maintaining the compliance of the FrieslandCampina Professional product portfolio.This is achieved by being an expert on food legislation and having an extended network to source information.

In this position you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring compliance of our products to legislation, policies, standards
    • A key role is the correct interpretation of legislation and the capability to translate this knowledge into activities.
    • Design, implement and improve processes and procedures to ensure compliance of the FrieslandCampina Professional product portfolio.
    • Keep up to date with developments in legislation, policies and standards and translate these developments for the business unit.
  • Perform regulatory risk assessments and impact analysis
    • Participate in new product development projects to contribute from QA sales and regulatory perspective
    • Participate in clearances of projects to represent QA sales and regulatory affairs
  • Monitor regulatory developments, issues, upcoming legislations and regulations
  • Inform and advice the internal organization on compliance;
  • Be a professional in answering customer questions in relation to QA sales, regulatory and compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement on quality with all relevant stakeholders
