Job description:

We are looking for an administrative jack-of-all-trades to support our retail team during the busiest period of the year !

Some of the tasks:

  • Reviewing the reporting program of the field team.

This implies :

° Supplement Excel files with the information obtained from the program.

° Check store visits and report irregularities to the Retail manager

° Send updates to the Retail manager.

° Create charts and pivot tables.

° Create power point presentations.

° Schedule tasks for the field team on the basis of information obtained.

  • Completing or preparing documents in general.

Required qualifications

  • School leaver, or student who can combine study and work
  • Fluent in Dutch, orally as well as in writing
  • Knowledge of English is a plus

Profile we are looking for:

  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You are administratively strong, precise and you take care of the materials provided.
  • You have a good knowledge of the standard Microsoft Office programs in particular Excel.
  • You’re eager to learn and you’re a fast learner when it comes to computer related applications.
