About the role

As our Retail Manager Food & Beverage, you will oversee the execution of the food & beverage and the home & cook brands strategy of the Village. This dynamic role involves overseeing daily operations, guiding our food & beverage partners and home & cook brands, and collaborating across departments to elevate the village culinary experience and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.

• Assist and provide guidelines to food operaters and store managers home & cook on profitable in-store presentation, customer service
• Execute the village’s food & beverage strategy with excellence and innovation
• Develop engaging food-related activities and experiences linked to the food & beverage strategy throughout the Village.
• Continuously build your expertise to provide strategic guidance to restaurant partners, enhancing service quality and profitability.
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting through weekly performance updates.
• Drive continuous improvement across the food & beverage and Home & Cook segments
• Promote the Village’s food position within the local community
• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure food is prominently featured across all media channels

About You

We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:

• Proven experience within food catering or food retail
• Strong leadership capabilities and a talent for building high-performing teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong planning abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, any other European language would be beneficial
