We are looking for a RETAIL MANAGER
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and strategic leader to oversee our national retail operations. He/she should excel in driving sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring operational excellence across all retail locations, while fostering a positive, collaborative, and motivating work environment for his team.
What are your key responsibilities?
- Develop and implement retail strategy in line with the global Telenet strategy to achieve the yearly key results, sales targets and business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of regional managers and store managers to deliver outstanding performance.
- Monitor and analyze retail performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality customer service across all retail outlets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute & improve promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Give customer & advisor feedback back to the business colleagues in order to improve customer & advisor experience
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the retail division. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Our ideal Retail manager …
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management or related management functions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the telecom sector.
- Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills.
- Customer focused and result oriented
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Proven ability to manage change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong collaboration, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and influence peers, teams and stakeholders.
- You embrace a culture that values collaboration, innovation, personal growth in an inclusive work environment
- Experience with social relations is a plus Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
