Revenue operations manager (RevOps)

We are looking for a Revenue operations manager (RevOps) to join our People & Business Organization department based in Louvain-la-Neuve.

As a Revenue operations manager (RevOps), you play a crucial role in supporting N-SIDE moving towards a more data-driven and modern SaaS business. On the one hand you will ensure we have the best processes and supporting tools (organizational and technological) in place to maximize efficiency through a strong operating rhythm. Next to that, you will also work collaboratively across virtually every function to create alignment and identify the biggest opportunity for revenue-generating optimizations.

What you’ll do

• Build strong, collaborative working relationships with Sales, Marketing, the CRM team, Finance and Customer Success teams to understand and deliver on their operational needs and best practices.
• Define and track the company’s KPIs that will drive the company’s growth (efficiency and profitability)
• Build dashboards and create reports to track goals and targets
• Manage and interpret the cadence of reporting to determine performance, effectiveness, and business impact of marketing, sales, and customer success activities
• Managing the quality and accuracy of data within the full pipeline lifecycle.
• Provide quantitative analysis, business understanding and strategic insights to the senior leadership & executive teams.
• Advise in operational rigor, including forecasting, headcount and budget planning, and commission administration
• Act as a Product Owner to define priorities in CRM improvements
• Advise on the GTM strategy

About you

• Minimum of 5 years work experience.
• Direct experience with B2B SaaS products, solutions, or ecosystems is preferred.
• You have 2+ years of experience in building Revenue Operations or Business Operations teams in a fast-growing company.
• Experience with support tools and a CRM platform (SalesForce) is a must have
• You have a team spirit and you are goal-oriented.
• You have self leadership: you are a real team player, creative, with a sense of responsibility and initiative.
• You have a tremendous amount of focus and drive and you have excellent organizational and communication skills.
• You are a born project manager and a hands on attitude
• You are pragmatic and knows how to make things happen
• You are open-minded and you like to work in an international environment.
• You are fully proficient in English.
