Your responsibilities

You are a key player in the sales & operations process within the Functional Proteins team with daily contacts with internal (Production, Sales, Quality,...) and external (Customers, Transporters, Authorities,...) partners. As part of the sales administration team, you support our growing business.

Responsibilities: After a training, you will be responsible for the full order administration process for a range of customers worldwide. You

  • are responsible for the follow-up of the orders
  • take care of the contract and order administration and follow-up of the orders in SAP
  • set-up and coordinate transport planning with external transporters and monitor the execution and the costs
  • collect the required documents (internal/external and from different authorities)
  • prepare and issue invoices
  • timely manage customer master data
  • perform associated administrative tasks, such as reporting, analyzing, archiving
  • take responsibility in projects (SAP, Customs, Transport,...)

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree (commercial, economical, logistic, …)
  • Good knowledge Dutch/French/English - German optional
  • Excellent computer skills (SAP & MS Ofice)
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Problem-solving & pro-active, result driven
  • Diplomatic & able to build solid relationships
  • Experience in EU/EXPORT legislation & logistics is a plus
