  • Support the sales department in all its activities

o Being the point of contact for local distributors and / or end customers ( all direct markets) to facilitate sales process

o Provide administrative support when completing the contracts for all the territories where OncoDNA operates and for all the products OncoDNA commercializes.

o Preparation of missions (action plan, organization of meetings) from A to Z: identification of mission opportunities, contact with partners

o Draft, collect and store all the template documents and data required for the meetings (weekly-monthly sales figures reporting) & commercial budget management

o Support in implementing sales related procedures

o Pricing distribution review

o Handle “Extra discount” process & follow up IPG runs and logistic receptions

o Handle Distribution requests such as TAT, Report access, OSH email changes,…

o Communicate about Patho/BioIT/DNA QC failure + update reports

o Manage “rebates” files accordingly to Quaterly rebates scheme

o Participiate to onboarding of new sales employees

o Work in collaboration with the Head of Legal

o Handle Claromentis (eLearning platform)

o Distributors trainings & Project events (virtual or on site)

o Support for BD/Scientific support

o Take care of the trips (hotels, transport ...) for the Sales team

  • Interaction with AWEX in organizing missions abroad for the distribution market

o Organization and planning of telephone meetings / overall management of Sales agenda

o Setting up of missions’ agenda and coordination of the marketing team for proper

o communication and delivery of marketing material prior to the mission

  • AWEX subsidy : request submission, follow-up, report filling, amount validation/alignment with Accounting Dept
  • Provide administrative support to Sales team

o Implement sales related procedures

o Become a key user for the CRM system

o Ensure internal and external mail of the department

o Compiling and encoding sales expense reports

o Provide weekly sales summary and Quaterly sales overview

Knowledge including (Education, Qualifications and Training)

  • Bachelor with economic orientation, Commercial or Sciences
  • Affinity with the technical aspects of the OncoDNA products or oncology in general
  • Related Market knowledge
  • Good communication skills

Soft Skills

  • Results-oriented
  • Fluent in English & French (both written and spoken), another foreign language is an asset.
  • Able to work with MS Offices Tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of an ERP is a plus
  • Rigorous and structured
  • Excellent communicator

  • Ability to work independently and pro-actively
