About Our Client
The client is a small B2B family business based in the Belgian province of Hainaut. They have build a strong reputation throughout the year in their sector and are maintaining a long-term relationship with their customers. Today, they are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their team.
Job Description
As Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will have the following tasks :
- You promote the brand and the materials on various platforms
- You organize the presence of the brand at different trade fairs
- You organize Open House days to welcome our customers
- You are the point of contact for our customers
- You set our advertising online (customers website and own website)
- You update our website with new products, global communication, promotions,..
- You are our administrative hero by providing a good follow-up with our internal and external partners
- You give assistance to our sales representative on a daily basis
- You create and coordinate the POS material
The Successful Applicant
The successful Sales & Marketing Coordinator has the following profile :
- You have at least 1 year experience in a similar role
- You have a perfect level of Dutch and French
- You are proactive, independant and creative
- You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- You can take initiatives and concretize them
- You have an easy contact with clients
