Description

  • Candidate sourcing
    : You will use a range of methods to identify and attract top sales talent, including job postings, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Screening and interviewing: You will screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for the role and the company.
  • Coordinating interviews: You will schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, providing all the necessary details and ensuring a smooth process.
  • Offer negotiation: You will work with clients and candidates to negotiate job offers, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the terms.
  • Client relationship management: You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and providing exceptional service to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
