Overview

A leading utility company is seeking a Salesforce Senior Analyst Developer to join our ITBT department, specifically within Unit 1 - Customer Domain. This role is designed to support and enhance customer interaction processes through Salesforce applications, including counter opening & closing, work customer request and offer, claims, request information, etc., across various channels such as phone, website, and WhatsApp. The candidate will manage corrective and evolutionary maintenance on deployed applications (Salesforce Service Cloud & FSL and Customer Community) and participate in a new project related to the customer portal development.

Key Responsibilities

Project Involvement: Participate in the development of a new customer portal project, performing functional analysis in collaboration with business process analysts, defining use cases and user stories, configuring and testing Salesforce & React implementations.

Maintenance Management: Handle corrective and evolutionary maintenance of deployed applications, solving incidents, performing technical design, configuration, and Apex development.

Community Portal Development: Develop new Front End pages for the customer community portal using React.

Incident and Problem Management: Identify root causes of incidents/problems and fix Apex code and flow issues.

Data Management: Master data mass creation/modification and administration of users, profiles, permission sets, and more.

Agile Working: Ability to work in an Agile environment and understanding of Jenkins & Microsoft TFS/Azure DEV OPS.

Homeworking Policy: 3 days per week onsite

Required Experience And Skills

Certifications: Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I, with Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.

Experience: Proven experience as a Front & Back End/Fullstack Developer, with specific expertise in Apex. Experience with Salesforce Community and functional/business analysis is highly valued.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of React and proficiency in Salesforce platform development, including JavaScript.

Languages: Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
