Location: Beerse (Belgium), Zuchwil (Switzerland), Limerick (Ireland), Practica di Mare (Italy) Contract: Full-time, unlimited Your key responsibilities: Designs, configures, improves and implements technical solutions based on business requirements within SAP scrum team Participates in scrum team ceremonies and interacts with team members virtually Specifies the functional solution and works closely with developer/integration team during solution build / test / deployment / hypercare phase Works independently on assigned user stories in scrum team following company Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology Provides testing for developed solutions in a validated environment following the test cycles Performs gap analyses based on current configuration/functionality versus new requirements. Proposes solution based on SAP standard. Provides written and verbal communication to stakeholders Builds/Maintains a controlled system documentation following SDLC principles Resolves customer complaints/technical issues in collaboration with support team and responds to suggestions for improvements and bug fixes Creates accurate estimations for smaller and/or larger enhancements in the FICO area Reviews and approves functional and technical designs created by peers and external consultants Reviews and approves Finance changes in Solman plus test scripts and regression tests in applicable testing tool Connects, interacts and networks efficiently with business partners and the vendor community Team Point of contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Finance components in SAP and scheduled jobs in Control-M Qualifications We would love to hear from YOU, if you have: Must haves: to be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your resume. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business / Information Systems or adequate experience in SAP projects (min 5 years) SAP FICO certification Multiple deployments of solutions preferably in Consumer/Pharma area Strong integration knowledge with multiple SAP modules preferred Ability to communicate functional requirements to developers and provide implementation mentorship Strong FICO configuration experience, plus experience in the integration of SAP with external systems Preferably with experience as part of scrum team including roles and responsibilities as functional team member Ability to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work) Project related travel may be required Your strengths: Possess a solid grasp of AGILE development methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English Strong analytical skills Ability to clearly connect with the users, understand requirements and propose options Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment with virtual teams Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing conditions Quick learner, motivated self-starter Team player Please submit your CV in English language.
