To further expand our Titan-clan we’re looking for a Scrum Master with a technical background.

WHAT YOUR DAY WOULD LOOK LIKE

  • Keeping your team members on track, removing barriers and help them to reach their goal and deliver quality work as a team.
  • Observing the activities of your team members on a daily basis, share your experience and encouraging collaboration through the release of sprints, stand-ups, sessions, meetings,...
  • Reducing time and efforts in the project development by using automated builds, simple designs, multi-level testing, automated development, and pair programming.
  • Coaching the team members via building organic and self-organizing teams, tracking the project, implementing simple methodology rules, and by creating project vision

IF YOU BRING…

  • A minimum of 5 years experience as a certified Scrum Master
  • A style that is based on commitment, persuasion, respect and the understanding that every project is the work of, for and with people
  • A teambuilder and -player mentality with exceptional listening powers
  • Fluent English and at least fluent Dutch and/or French communication skills
  • A technical background
