Senior Business Development Manager

Ghent, Belgium

We are partnering with a fintech that offers a unique combination of innovative services in the area of debt collection, stands for long term partnership and respectful dialogue with the customer. They are looking to add a Senior Business Development Manager to add to their leadership team who will be an integral contributor to the company’s growth through developing new business and maintaining the existing relationships with clients in the Dutch and French-speaking parts of Belgium. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that offers a flat hierarchy and significant growth opportunities in a state of Europe wide Expansion.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater for client’s needs. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and aid expansion effort
  • Maintain existing business
  • Plan strategically to assure project success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of industry-related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Fluent in Dutch English and ideally French
