Overview

As a committed long-term business partner, we are investing in the future by expanding our Bricsys team across EMEA. The success of our customers is key to us and having local experts available plays an important role. This role is tasked with technical leadership to drive our BricsCAD implementation projects in EMEA within the AEC and Manufacturing industries. You will work closely with Bricsys HQ and the local Country Managers to achieve this goal. This role can either be HQ based in Ghent (Belgium), or can work from any other European country (home based or at a Hexagon PPM office location).

By taking design workflows to the next level and integrating BIM and Mechanical design capability, we believe that we are the trusted CAD partner. Responsibilities
  • Build up an in depth understanding and knowledge of the Bricsys products.
  • Master the installation, configuration and customization of BricsCAD.
  • Present the BricsCAD Value Proposition and Implementation Strategy to potential customers.
  • Engage in customer meetings to fully understand their requirements and challenges. Use the gathered knowledge to customize the Bricsys offering and Implementation plan.
  • Take the lead in implementation projects and collaborate with the client or Bricsys colleagues to resolve technical issues.
  • Support (pre-)sales activities on major accounts together with the local Country Manager.
  • Provide feedback to Bricsys colleagues for product and process improvements.
  • Provide on-site implementation support if required in EMEA.
  • Domestic and International Travel is required, 30%.
Qualifications
  • Solid industry experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with CAD/BIM Products such as BricsCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
  • Prior experience as a CAD manager highly desired.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD installation and configuration required.
  • Ideally previous experience in consulting / professional services.
  • Knowledge of basic LISP and CUI editing required, experience with other programming languages (C/C++, VBA,…) or CAD related API’s (COM, .NET, ARX…) is nice to have.
  • Well-organized, goal-oriented, collaborative and responsible style of work, able to manage multiple projects at one time while displaying an outstanding customer focus.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and adaptable nature.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
