A leading international manufacturing group, headquartered in Charleroi, is seeking a Senior Indirect Buyer to strengthen its purchasing team. You’ll be at the heart of the company’s transformation, managing high-value projects and working closely with senior stakeholders across Europe.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize procurement activities for all indirect spend categories (facilities, services, IT, etc.).
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and service quality.
• Drive supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluation.
• Initiate and manage continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing strategies.
• Monitor market trends to anticipate risks and identify opportunities.

Your profile:

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect procurement, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
