What you’ll be doing:

Lead and execute operational, financial & regulatory audits from start to finish

Evaluate risks, controls, and governance processes — bringing fresh ideas and insight

Partner with teams across the business to drive improvement & add value

Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis & develop actionable recommendations

Present findings directly to leadership & monitor progress

Be a key player in shaping internal audit frameworks & risk management best practices

What we’re looking for:

4-5 years’ Internal Audit or Operational Audit experience

Professional designation: CIA, CPA (or actively working towards)

Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management & auditing standards (COSO/IIA a plus!)

A natural communicator — able to build trust & credibility at every level

Analytical mindset — loves solving problems & improving processes

Willingness to travel (20-25%) across Canada, US, and Europe

Bonus Points if you have:

Experience auditing manufacturing or industrial operations

Exposure to data analytics & audit software tools

Passion for making an impact beyond traditional audit work
