This major Real Estate Development Company in the Brussels area is looking for a Project Manager.

Your Tasks

This PM will ensure the preparation and follow-up of all stages of the development of our real estate projects, from the taking over of the land file to its transfer to the After Sales Service, taking into account the respect of the determined deadlines and costs.
  • Reporting to the CEO/financial manager on the overall progress of ongoing operations
  • Carrying out the administrative procedures that allow the opening, implementation and completion of the sites with the administrative authorities
  • Follow-up of permit files and other administrative authorizations
  • Compliance with the project budget, schedule, profitability and predefined objectives
  • Appointment of the project manager and service providers
  • Participation in site meetings and monitoring of the work
  • Preparation, launch and monitoring of the marketing strategy for the projects
  • Setting up of price lists
  • Follow-up with real estate agencies
  • Provisional and final acceptance of programmes, and organisation of deliveries to clients
  • Setting up the various general meetings of the company
  • Preparation and signature of the compromises and deeds of sale with the notaries
  • Collaboration with the sales department
Your Profile
  • Experience in real estate project management required
  • Very good knowledge of the real estate world
  • Very good knowledge of the regulatory aspects and in particular of the various construction, town planning and environmental codes.
  • Good financial, technical, commercial and legal knowledge
  • Be able to analyse the various issues (technical, commercial, social and economic) of an operation
  • Have a sense of organisation in order to be able to manage a project from start to finish, but also several projects at the same time
