Key Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and guidance considering the end-to-end process to various departments :

  • Purchasing for developing alternative sources, alignment with suppliers, specification review
  • QC/QA/central lab: escalation of analytical/sensory deviations and supplier/client product none conformances. Raw material shortage
  • Innovation for the development of new products
  • Formula Management (e.g. global change structures)
Co-Manage Global Flavor Sensory Excellence Program: sensory training program, site improvement, Sensory Network

Maintain and develop Governance tools and procedures for Quality continuous improvement

Back up the Global Quality Director T&B

We value

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Science or a related subject
  • A minimum of 10 years in a Flavors’ Manufacturing Company in a technical position with expertise in analytical and sensory
  • French and English are mandatory
  • Expertise in Analytical Science in Flavors and in Sensory of flavor raw materials and flavors (Odor /Taste)
  • Willingness to Travel up to 20%
  • Prior Experience working with people of various cultures around the world
  • Demonstrated Leadership, Business Acumen, and self-motivation with an ability to create a new vision and achieve it while motivating others
  • Ability to complete projects on time and achieve defined objectives
