We are looking for a Test Coordinator with strong hands-on testing expertise to support applications in the Finance domain. In this role, you will combine coordination, test design, and execution responsibilities across both functional and technical testing. You’ll work closely with product teams focused on Financial Steering and Partner Management, as well as on .NET applications and SAP systems (FI-CO, CRM).

You’ll play a key role in ensuring testing quality and supporting team members — including business colleagues with limited testing experience.

What You’ll Do

• Take on the role of Test Coordinator for projects and initiatives in the Finance product teams.
• Translate requirements into detailed test scenarios and test data, supporting both business and ICT team members.
• Focus mainly on functional testing (UAT), with exposure to SIT and E2E testing.
• Execute tests yourself and coach/support other testers.
• Deliver test data for automation and adapt scripts if needed.
• Work with analysts and technical specialists to resolve defects.
• Proactively identify and report risks, issues, and improvements.
• Track and report on testing progress, defect resolution, and outcomes.
• Maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Organize timing and practical aspects of testing with stakeholders.
• Manage and configure test users, including in SAP environments
  

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years’ experience as a Test Coordinator in complex environments.
• Strong background in formal test methods and techniques.
• Solid track record as a hands-on tester in Agile/Scrum projects.
• Experience writing test strategies, scenarios, and test designs.
• Excellent communication skills inDutch (C2 level).
• Experience with Jira (test management) and Confluence.
• Experience with SAP testing (FI-CO, CRM) — 7+ years.
• Experience setting up test users in SAP.
• Experiencetesting .NET applications.
• At least 10 years in test design and execution.
• Knowledge of and exposure to test automation.
• Prior experience in the Belgian energy sector is required.
