Since 2006, our clients have been benefiting from our many years of experience and steady but sustainable growth - year after year.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Team Manager IT-Service Delivery, you will lead our Onsite-IT-Support Team in Brussels and the Netherlands (7 Team Members, 5 locations) regarding following aspects:
  • Decisions relating to the coordination, execution and prioritization of tasks
  • Reports to and provides information to the line manager regarding activities and plans.
  • Responsible for keeping IT service delivery metrics and key performance indicators
  • Ensuring that incident, change and request management procedures are adhered to by monitoring metrics, providing training and coaching to team members
  • Maximize use of the current IT Service Management tools to accurately identify each incident, request, problem, change, or asset record while ensuring accurate documentation is entered for each record
  • Primary contact and 1st point of escalation for key stakeholders of our customer
  • Updating Team availability plans and contribute to monthly payroll and service reporting
In this role it is critical to work together with regional and global colleagues to deliver professional and harmonised services to our customers. This includes but is not limited to Microsoft enterprise client solutions for office and factory as well as personal mobility and conferencing technologies. As a Team Manager, you will play an active support role on a senior level and are driving local projects such as Hardware- and software rollouts, offsite meeting and event support to success.Essential SkillsAs the ideal candidate you have a degree in information technology with a minimum experience of five years in an IT support function and first experience in leading IT delivery teams. You are passionate about modern IT technologies and have exhibit experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory and others), Apple Products as well as a good knowledge around common office technologies. Certification in ITIL and experience in ServiceNow and video conferencing technologies are desired.Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, a high service orientation for customer satisfaction, as well as a structured, reliable and independent working approach will help you in your role.
