What will you work on?

• You will do Functional analysis in close contact with Client’s Business users.
• You will define the logical and technical solution design starting from SharePoint out-of-the box capabilities and/or Microsoft 365 Core services.
• You will migrate & upgrade SharePoint on-prem solutions, and (re-)design solutions that leverage the Cloud services.
• You Deploy and configure within the customer network – integrating with Identity Management (AD, Azure AD, …), Data management sources and Security services.
• You Design, Develop and Implement software customizations and applications (.NET and Front-end) where necessary.
• You Support & Maintain the deployed solutions.
• You provide Training of the customer’s Business users and IT colleagues,
  

Who will you work with?

• You are part of the “Data Integrated Digital Workplace” practice, a team of 20 colleagues in Belgium with an in-depth expertise combination on
  • Microsoft’s Modern Workplace (SharePoint and MS 365),
  • Data Analytics (SQL & Azure Data Warehousing and Power BI),
  • and low-code development frameworks on Azure.
• You and the team will share the vision and passion “to create & develop Digital Workplaces with true Business value & adoption” by offering end-users integrated platforms where they find, get pushed and can act upon all the right information, data and documents, at the right time and in the right business context.
• You will work with Client’s Business & Technical employees to capture, discuss, create, build, deliver & verify solutions.
• You work on flexible daily basis, on-site at client’s office, at DVT’s or Home-office.
• The practice manager is your responsible manager. He is your career path coach.

Qualifications

What makes you interesting for us?

• You have an excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 stack and SharePoint, capable to translate end-user needs as much as possible to out-of-the-box solutions.
• You have a passion for SW Development, enabling to build solutions with true business value that get adopted by end users.
• You are (aiming to become) a full stack developer with expertise on both .NET back-end and front-end web development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, REACT, etc.).
• You have the necessary soft-skills to successfully understand, challenge and translate the business needs and communicate your own needs to the relevant parties.
• Excellent conceptual problem solving and analytical skills.
• You hold or are interested in obtaining related Microsoft 365 Associate certifications.
• Fluent Dutch/French and English and a good working knowledge of French/Dutch would be perfect.
