Arte Antwerp is looking for a shop manager to complete their team in the Antwerp flagship store.

Arte Antwerp is a Belgian clothing brand that is strongly rooted in a multi-disciplinary approach of the arts.

Our store is located in the city centre at the Kammenstraat 45.

Our store manager will be responsible for the visual representation of the store and responsible to deliver to best possible shopping experience to our customers.

You will be in close contact with our headquarters, located in Antwerp as well. Good leadership qualities, efficient coordination and managing/motivating our team of sales advisors in the store is a daily skill.

All-round managing the store, scheduling sales advisors, managing the stock and achieving targets. You are fluent in English, and a plus is managing yourself in Dutch & French.

The job:

• Day-to-day management of our Antwerp store and its team of sales advisors.

• Keeping track of the inventory and responsible for stock managing.

• Close contact with head office and teamwork is essential to achieve the best results in store.

• Setting realistic targets and motivating the sales team.

• Training, efficient scheduling and overall managing the sales team.

Job requirements:

• Experience of minimal 3 years in retail is a must (a plus is experience in managing a store)

• Eye for details and aesthetic perspective on the visual representation of the store

• Proactively taking responsibility and committed to the successful management & encouragement of team of sales advisors.

• Able to conduct substantiated financial & strategic analysis to improve overall store performance and set targets.
