The Offshoredepartment is looking for a new colleague based in Hoboken! Are you our future Site Construction Coordinator? In this role, you coordinate the team in charge of executing all technical solutions.

  • you control all construction activities related to the outfitting of the substation, in a way the required tasks can be executed in accordance with the specifications, the regulations, and the budget
  • you make sure the execution/management team always works in safe conditions on site
  • you make and communicate the needed reports of subtractors
  • you own and follow-up on the master cable list
  • you work closely with the Construction Manager and MC Coordinator to progress on the construction site
  • you define priorities, in collaboration with the Construction Manager

  • a solid experience in project and/or construction management
  • broad general technical knowledge and more specific specialization in electricity and instrumentation
  • adequate knowledge of mechanical constructions, supporting systems, etc.
  • ability to manage good relationships with the client and our partners while monitoring EQUANS’ interests
  • proven leadership capabilities: you will be supervising a large team of superintendents, supervisors, foremen, and electricians
  • a decisive and persistent personality
  • excellent communication skills in English and Dutch; knowledge of French and/or German is definitely an added value
