For our H&Ddivision, we are looking for a Digital Transformation Engineerwho works for the region of Belgium, based in Uccle, Belgium.

Your meaningful purpose
  • Lead LEAN Office Projects: Manage LEAN Office Projects following the Kaizen methodology to find project opportunities and lead from beginning to end
  • Automatize office processes: Using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software such as UiPath and/or MS Power Automate, you will automatize the processes that you have defined during your LEAN Office projects
Your daily task and responsibilities
  • Integrate the production and the support functions to understand their office work scopes and recognize the automation opportunities
  • Raise the awareness and train the collaborators on RPA topic
  • Create, test, implement and control RPAs
  • Benchmark RPA’s solutions in other Schneider Electric factories
  • Weekly meeting with the Europe RPA Developer to receive training, support, and report for our factory

Qualifications

Who you are

Your education and experience
    • University Graduate or equivalent within Industrial / Automation / IT sector(s)
    • Internship/Apprenticeship is not required but appreciated
    • Fluent in French, Bilingual in English would be highly be appreciated, Dutch is a plus
    • Good knowledge/Experience with MS Office and any coding languages
