We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team and coordinate our company social media profiles within each social media platform. The aim is to increase our engagement and growth. He/she will be the operational person supporting the strategy implementation. He/she will also be the point contact for our local Social Specialists in our markets and the close day-to-day contact with our Social Media Manager.
  • Support analysis of current Social Media Management
  • Keep close collaboration with local markets, Social Media Specialists and Account Managers:
    • Sending out all needed/requested information to them
    • Bringing & keeping our Social Media Profile inventory up to date
    • Manage accesses & rights to Social Media Profiles
  • Set up new Social Media Profiles (new Social Media Platforms)
    • Build profile strategy
    • Consolidate strategy with Nu Skin best practices & input from our Global Social Media partners (head quarter)
    • Optimize Social Media Profiles content with our Local Social Media Specialists
  • Improve existing Social Media Profiles (Optimization)
    • Help support current Social Media profile reshaping/restructuring (implement agency recommendation ‘hands on’), liaise with Market Social Media Specialists for optimized localization (translation with SEO support)
  • Support Social Media Content Strategy
    • Work closely with our Copywriter, Designer and Social Media Manager
    • Support the creation of a culture of content result monitoring and improvement implementations.
  • Work closely with the agency, Customer Service, Content owners, Social Media specialists to develop a thought-through Community Management
  • Create editorial calendar
  • Schedule content monthly
Exigences obligatoires
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, any other European language is a plus
  • Ability to work in an international environment
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Knowledge of Social Media tools like Spredfast, Social Bakers and Synthesio is a plus
  • Good presentation and communication skills is a plus
  • Good writing, editing (photo/video/text) is a plus
