In this function, you work within the Client teams one of the many diverse, motivated, and fun-loving team of Publicis Groupe. Delivering great, effective, and qualitative social campaigns for your clients is your main role. But you’ll discover quickly that sharing jokes, memes, and drinks after work with the team is also an important part of the job!

- You have a broad field of interests and a passion for brands, marketing and communication.
- You know the ins and outs of social media. The usual suspects are Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.
- You maybe checked out some social monitoring tools like Sprinklr, OBI4wan, Falcon, Meltwater, … and might have clicked around in Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager in the past.
- You can work in Photoshop to perform some small visual adaptations or illustrate a mock-up to present an idea.
- You are responsible for the coordination of social media projects - EDP/editorial content and media campaign assets - and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved.
- You stay up to date with the latest trends in social and are curious to learn.
- You manage administrative work to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
- You organize internal and external meetings and attend when needed
- You are stress resistant, organized, flexible and work in a structured and efficient way.
- You have an impeccable eye for detail and assure the quality of what is delivered.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English to handle this client facing role.
Responsibilities

In this function, you work within the Client teams one of the many diverse, motivated, and fun-loving team of Publicis Groupe. Delivering great, effective, and qualitative social campaigns for your clients is your main role. But you’ll discover quickly that sharing jokes, memes, and drinks after work with the team is also an important part of the job!
This is our bucket list, but we will not be disappointed if we cannot thick all the boxes in the end. All our experts have different backgrounds, which help them shape their day-to-day, that will not be any different in your case.
- You will work on projects and campaigns in close relation with the client team to deliver social media campaign materials.
- You are the main point-of-contact for social projects and communicate daily with the client.
- You develop a social content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
- You’re the social expert in the brand team: up to date with all latest trends, players, format updates etc. within the social media landscape. You keep the brand team & client informed on relevant updates. You are Brand guidelines: you master &
- the brands graphic & creative (ie tone of voice) guidelines - You know
- You have always a supported vision and never executes blindly: client (de)briefings are never just forwarded. Feedback is understood to a deeper level, translated and challenged before it is put into a debriefing. The WHY is just as important as the WHAT. A SPM is not a letterbox
- You communicate with resources & follow up on their great work (Creatives, Content Managers, Designers, Media Experts, etc.).
- Planning different resources ahead of a project through the Traffic Planner is part of your weekly diet.
- You regularly update the client, stakeholders, and all internal resources on the status of the project.
- You will also handle the administrative and financial side of your projects, such as drafting budgets, client approvals, handling POs, etc.
- You have a sharp eye for detail and perform the necessary quality controls (adherence to the brief, respecting brand guidelines, grammatical check, testing of ALL the URLs,...)
- You can create great contact reports, actions the to do’s without error and follows up with everyone needed.
