Your Role and Responsibilities


We are looking for independent developer interns who have the courage to take on a wide range of tasks in collaboration with our Software Development Team. If you are interested in development and learning more about life as a developer, we have the perfect position for you!

Your work will power IBM and its clients, bringing innovation into enterprise systems. You will have access to the latest education, tools and technology, and a career path within the world’s technology leader company.


As a software developer intern, you will:

  • Take on a wide range of tasks in collaboration with our Software Development Team

  • Help plan your work assignments, while having ample opportunity to grow professionally and will be given a large amount of responsibility.

Who are you?

  • You have a BSc or finishing a degree in Computer Science or any other degree with software development in it

  • Knowledge of some software development from courses

  • You have a strong drive and are flexible

  • You can work independently, structured, and outgoing

  • Motivated to learn and deliver great results in a multifaceted environment

Required Technical and Professional Expertise


To be successful in this role you should demonstrate:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of at least one object-oriented language

  • Demonstrate knowledge of Database technologies

  • Demonstrate knowledge of APIs RESTful services and micro service Architectures

  • Fluent English and Dutch or French (written & spoken)





Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

In addition to your technical skills, we would like you to have a strong business understanding and good communication skills.
