As solution architect, you will be the expert of the SPIE E-mobility solution. You have a deep understanding of E-Mobility technology, along with the ability to understand and interpret customer organizational dynamics and the ability to engage and positively influence key technology and organisational decision makers. You collaborate with the customer, SPIE business units and OEM (Original equipments manufacturers) and service partners. You are responsible for the design and definition of solution propositions. You are responsible for the technical and services part of the SPIE E-Mobility solution. The purpose is to assure the offering is controlled, balanced and aligned to the mission and needs of SPIE infrastructure division. As the Solution Architect, you will be responsible for: Understand the customer’s needs and together with internal and external partners, design technical and commercial proposals for sale of SPIE E-Mobility solution. Manage, oversee, and support the technical Pre-Sales cycle. All of these activities in close collaboration with the Business Development Manager so as to progress toward the business “close” expeditiously. Execute both proof of concept and technology testing. Give technical presentations related to the portfolio of products and services. Support and evangelize key customers, supporting their E-Mobility journey. Lead workshops across technical and business teams to challenge, educate, design and plan for fleet electrification and energy transition. Create 1-3 year transformation roadmap with the customer that maps out business objectives, technical requirements and SPIE E-Mobility solution required. Educate internal teams on industry trends. Remain current with the functions and features of the products of our partners, and with alternative products in the E-Mobility market. Electrical or electromechanical engineer degree Minimum 5 years of experience as a solution architect. Experience in integration, design & innovation. Fluent in English as well as in French and/or Dutch Excellent communication skills to convince both business and technical audiences. Ambition to solve technical challenges in the E-Mobility infrastructure space working with SPIE services and partner products. Broad understanding of E-Mobility fundamentals and technical solutions. Commitment & Enthusiasm. In-depth Problem Solving skills.
  • Electrical or electromechanical engineer degree

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a solution architect. Experience in integration, design & innovation.

  • Fluent in English as well as in French and/or Dutch

  • Excellent communication skills to convince both business and technical audiences.

  • Ambition to solve technical challenges in the E-Mobility infrastructure space working with SPIE services and partner products.
