About Our Client

Our client is a well known company in the field of cosmetics and is active on an international level. They have dozens of different brands in their portfolio. For one of these brands, they are looking for an experienced Store Manager to strengthen their team at the Belgian Seaside. This cosmetics brand caters to all types of customers, from the natural to the passionate, and aims to remain qualitative and professional.

Job Description

As a Store Manager :

  • You work in the shop and are responsible for a team ;
  • You are responsible for coaching, training and guiding them to better performance ;
  • You sell and advise customers ;
  • You propose action plans to achieve the objectives and KPIs set ;
  • You analyse budgets and organise planning ;
  • You know the job.

The Successful Applicant

  • You speak Dutch ;
  • You have a good command of basic English ;
  • You live in Antwerp or closeby ;
  • You have a strong experience as Store Manager in the cosmetics sector ;
  • At least, a strong experience as Assistant Store Manager in the cosmetics sector ;
  • You are professional, empathetic, open-minded and a good coach ;
  • You are commercially oriented.
