Job Description

The Supply Chain Team Leader will have the following responsibilities:

  • You will ccoordinate Inbound and Outbound processes and communicate with the involved department(s)
  • You will find the best logistics solution daily based on clients needs and criteria’s
  • You will analyze the current logistic organization and makes suggestions for improvement to the You Operations manager
  • You will be the first point of contact for the Forwarding department, where coordinating decisions are made with a view to continuity.
  • You will monitor the planning of expedition partners and delivery reliability and customer satisfaction
  • You will manage a small team of 2 fte

The Successful Applicant

The Supply Chain Team Leader has the following profile:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
  • You have good organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately
  • You have natural leadership skills- first-line coordination and decision-making ability
  • You have good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective team and customer relationships
  • You have strong technical skills and not afraid of using ERP systems
  • Process thinking. Quickly acquires insight into complex processes.
