Supply Chain Officer

To support our future growth into the hybrid workplace we are looking for a Supply Chain Officer to join our Meeting Experience business (known from the Clickshare products).


Key responsibilities:



  • You are responsible for the demand gathering process within the broader ClickShare S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process
  • You interact with all (international) parties from within and outside the division to balance demand and supply, while minimizing risks
  • You strive for continuous improvement of the demand gathering process, whilst striving towards the right balance within the supply chain triangle (cost, capital, service)
  • You are responsible for the sell-out process (global consolidation, reporting & analysis, administration)
  • You are responsible for master data and follow-up of related actions
  • You are responsible for the pricelist maintenance & distribution of our Meeting Experience product portfolio
  • You report to the business health & supply chain manager within the Barco Meeting Experience business unit

Your profile:

  • You have a masters degree in Economics or Engineering or related business experience
  • Experience in supply chain or related fields (3 years) is a plus
  • You’re fluent in written and spoken English
  • You have strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • You’re an Excel expert
  • Experience in dealing with ERP-systems is a plus (ideally with SAP, APO & BI)
  • You have a dynamic personality, with a lot of drive and a hands-on mentality and most important, you’re known as a real team player
