Our Supply Chain department is looking for an inspirational Manager to join our Zaventem office asSupply Chain Planning Manager.

As the Manager of Supply Chain Planning here at Hologic, you will be accountable for developing, coordinating, and continuously improving the sourcing of products, analyse supply performance and costs, and drive improvements and sustainability.

You will be responsible for:

• Manage a team of Supply Planners, train, coach, and mentor staff, evaluate performance, and provide meaningful feedback to facilitate individual growth and development planning.
• Develop team skills and capability through planning qualifications and the increased use of Lean tools and techniques.
• Be a change agent within Planning, supporting planning integration of acquired companies, driving projects on planning automation, efficiencies, and maturing processes.
• Lead supply planning process and procedures, with foundational cost/value ratio analysis (optimizing cost efficiencies and inventory entitlement components) and synergies with the sourcing locations.
• Responsible for the distribution of products in EU and non-EU countries through its network of 3 Distribution Centres and organized into two departments: Logistics and Demand & Supply Planning.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following experience and qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in supply planning in a global organisation.
• Experience in leadership and team management
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Experience in Sales & Operations Planning.
• Experience implementing business processes and driving organisational change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including statistical analysis.
• PC Proficiency – Excel, PowerPoint.
