Supply Planner

Solera Belux is a newly started Belgium company part of Royal Unibrew group, located in Zaventem/Brussels. Consisting of around 60 professionals.

We are specialized in producing and distributing beverages in Belgian and Luxembourg markets.

Member of the international beverage group Royal Unibrew, headquartered in Denmark. Solera BeLux operates a portfolio of international brands under license like Pepsi, 7UP, Mirinda, Looza and several other owned brands of various beverages categories. To expand its activities in Belgian and Luxembourg markets, we are looking for future commercial talents.

Royal Unibrew group is a leading beverage provider in several markets. We produce, market, sell and distribute quality beverages with focus on branded products within beer, malt beverages and soft drinks as well as cider and long drinks. Based on continuous development and innovation, it is Royal Unibrew’s objective to meet customer and consumers demand for quality beverages.

Main purpose

Prime responsibility of the supply planner will be to deliver a supply plan across co-manufacturing and supply locations to maintain the target stock holding of SKUs in the portfolio, balancing site capacity, and manufacturing costs. Specific assignments within this role are to support the senior supply planner and planning team members on consolidation and on improvement of the current processes that are in place to manage supply from co-manufacturers.

Accountabilities

Deliver a weekly plan to all co-manufacturing sites and all SKUs for Belgium and Luxembourg.

Cover the demand planner and some order management tasks.

Management of the stock availability for products sourced from the respective sites and identify risks and mitigation options and support managing supply at least landed cost.

To ensure closed loop stock visibility in collaboration with the logistics team by accurate provision of inbound quantities from the respective supply lanes.

To drive target stock levels and adhere to SLAs. To monitor adherence of the supplier to SLA, provide feedback, and run a periodic review to drive performance and to follow up monthly with co-manufacturing plants.

Obsolete and out of stock reporting on a weekly basis for all SKUs.

Daily supervision of stock transfers between warehouses and replenishment planning to ensure stock availability in different locations.

Invoicing and financial follow-up of all supply planning activities.

Raw material planning for different plants, as well as returnable logistical processes follow up to ensure new productions are possible.

Internal & external stakeholder management, with this position being the single point of contact for co-manufacturing plants. Weekly meetings with key stakeholders to review supply plans.

KPI weekly follow up, such as Plan Scheduled Adherence (PSA).

Contract creation and management in SAP, ensuring all data is correct in case there are changes like pricing.

Creates POs and organizes transport for all plants in a weekly basis.

Ensuring product supply for the commercial change agenda: provide input for review Accolade projects & provide insight on feasibility & potential capacity, service, cost impacts to execute NPD launches according to game plan.

Key skills you will bring:

Planning: Working experience with the process of thinking about and organizing the activities required to achieve desired goals.

Microsoft Excel: calculation, pivot tables, and a macro programming language called Visual Basic for Applications.

Communication Skills: The ability to convey information to another effectively and efficiently.

Teamwork / Collaboration: Experience working in collaborative efforts with a team to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way.

Supply Chain Planning: In commerce, supply chain management (SCM), the management of the flow of goods and services, involves the movement and storage of raw materials, of work-in-process inventory, and of finished goods from point of origin to point of consumption.
