CONTEXT

Following continued growth and increasing client demands, the ESG- Sustainability Department BeLux is seeking a motivated and experienced Sustainability consultant.

YOUR MISSION

As Sustainability Consultant, you have background in technical architecture or engineering and experience in the field of buildings - energy - auditing, optimization, and certification.

In this role you are responsible for advising clients (developer, investors, building- owners and tenants), in the maximization of the energy performance of their properties. Your duty is both technical and administrative ranging from technical consultancy to buildings assessment and certification.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have at least 2 years work experience in building- energy consultancy, both in case of new developments and existing buildings renovation
• You have experience with EPB- modelling and relevant legal - recognition
• You have pragmatic experience with energy auditing and knowledge of HVAC (including maintenance and operation)
• You have experience with one or more of the following certification schemes: BREEAM, WELL, LEED, GRESB
• You have high oral and written advisory skills in French or Dutch and English

YOUR SKILLS

• You have experience as technical advisor and have pragmatic and analytic approach in advising clients on building energy optimization and integration of sustainability- related aspects within different projects and project-stages
• You can master with high- efficiency different kind of assignments and are ready to tackle new tasks even if outside from your direct experience
• You are independent and problem-oriented but also a dynamic and valuable team-player
