Description

Report progress in development, operations, and service desk in a project-oriented approach.

Collaborate closely with the operational IT team and engage in hands-on work.

Develop technical guidelines and process guidance for IT professionals, challenging them when necessary, and providing hands-on support.

Summarize progress and issues in development from a macro-level project perspective (Prince2; Agile/Scrum).

Understand the impact of new functional requirements.

Make technical assessments at a macro-level and propose technical choices, in consultation with developers and the liaison role with software houses (operations; solutions for software houses).

Assess the technical impact of developments on software houses (macro-level), in consultation with internal and external stakeholders.

Draft documents for software houses in collaboration with other team members.

Develop release planning.

Proactively propose technical optimizations for the system to ensure a sustainable solution in the long term.

Manage Dashboard Backlog Operations/Architecture (document/prioritize in Jira).

Discuss prioritization with business stakeholders to establish clear agreements for DEV prioritization.

Provide leadership through coaching to DEV (guidance in an Agile framework) and address issues - also summarizing at the macro-level of the project approach.

Manage SWL (operations at the macro level; introduce service desk at the macro level; provide a global structure).

Independently distill problems, develop proposals, and suggest scenarios

Your profile

You have a master degree in Engineering or in Computer Sciences.

You have a thorough knowledge and management experience. The Prince2 certification would be a great asset.

Organizational Skills & Time Management. Able to make good plans and reports.

Knowledge of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources).

Interpersonal skills : able to reduce and to manage stress within the team.

Knowledge of Java is an asset, but not mandatory. Same thing for DevOps.

You speak fluently Dutch and English, and have at least basic knowledge of French.

Good communication.

Strong abstraction skills.
