Goodman is evolving as a prominent player in both real estate and the dynamic energy landscape. As we navigate this transformative journey, we are actively looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a freelance basis to help us staff our Data Centre team.

In this role, you will lead the entire recruitment process. You will play a crucial role in staffing our team, boosting our commitment to the transition to a low-carbon organisation, and contributing to a greener and more sustainable future.

More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for your assigned vacancies across seven European countries.
  • Provide guidance and training to hiring leads throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, referral programs, and recruitment agencies to source and identify potential candidates.
  • Administer and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) while generating recruitment metrics.
  • Optimize our current recruitment operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

About you?

  • You have a minimum experience of 5 years as inhouse recruiter.
  • You have experience with recruiting engineers.
  • You are well-organized and enjoy working autonomously.
  • You are committed to delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring lead.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch or French.
