For 30 years, CENTUM T&S has been providing advice and expertise to its customers in the field of electronics and software in constrained and embedded environments. Integrated into an international group of 2,300 employees, we specialize in the design, development and industrialization of cards and electronic equipment. CENTUM T&S supports its clients throughout all or part of the life cycle of their products and on their innovation projects.Attached to the recruitment team and under the responsibility of the recruitment manager, you will be responsible for the entire candidate recruitment process in our core businesses (electronic hardware and software) Collect the recruitment needs of managers (Red thread, profile recruitment) which must allow regular sourcing throughout the year.
Carry out the search for solutions on job boards.
- Carry out telephone qualifications with interesting candidates
- Write and distribute job offers
- Conduct physical, videoconference and telephone interviews
- Evaluate and select candidates
- Be responsible for the life of the candidate database in the ERP
- Ensure the monitoring of recruitment within the scope (traceability, reporting, responses, candidate monitoring and performance sourcing)
- Conduct employee receptions and integration assessments recruited
PROFILE :
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree with an HR/recruitment specialization
You ideally have prior experience in recruitment. With a strong taste for results
you wish to develop your recruiting experience on large and complex subjects within an international company in the field of electronics and embedded systems.
Your curiosity, your dynamism, your sense of persuasion and a strong capacity for work will be essential assets to succeed in this role.
What you needed to succeed:
You have between 2 to 5 years of experience as a recruiter
Autonomous and rigorous, you like working with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
