The role of Talent Acquisition Partneris important to us. This is a crucial role for our growing business, and we require an experienced, driven, and tenacious specialist who has exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. A initiative-taker with a positive attitude and a flexible outlook.
We would love to welcome you to our Ronse offices in Belgium office working hours of Monday- Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Your Responsibilities Day To Day Will Include…
- Take ownership of and lead the recruitment process for our core functional areas; from initial conversations with managers/directors to managing a positive candidate recruitment experience through to offer.
- Be an expert at sourcing candidates and building a candidate pipeline through typical recruitment methods whilst also thinking outside of the box to creatively source and find the best talent for the organisation.
- Be responsible for shortlisting CVs for your business areas, influencing and educating our Hiring Managers on talent and the market landscape.
- Support with recruitment related projects to ensure the function in continuously improving our processes and procedures and engagement with the wider business.
- An experienced recruiter from either an in-house talent acquisition function or a recruitment agency environment. Ideally you will have supported sales or customer services positions.
- Ability to source qualified candidates by networking and using the tools provided.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills with the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of colleagues across the organisation.
