To join and support our growth journey, we’re looking for a recruiter. Your mission? Finding the right talent!

Your main activities:

• You develop and execute sourcing strategies for mainly Sales & Marketing and IT profiles in different regions (Belgium, DACH-market, The Nordics…).
• You liaise with different partners (other HR teams in Elisa IndustrIQ, independent recruiters, agencies, …) and make them contribute to the TenForce recruiting goals & objectives.
• You manage and give visibility (through reports & dashboard) on the full life cycle of our recruitment process (intake with the hiring manager, launch of our open positions, sourcing candidates, screen resumes, conduct (online/in-person) interviews and reference checks, prepare and discuss contract offers).
• You come up with employer branding initiatives and projects.
• You participate in events such as job fairs and networking events at universities to actively build up relationships with potential candidates, trainees, freelancers and different organizations.
• You will be part of the HR team and are willing to support in other HR projects and domains.

Who are we looking for?

• You have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment of Sales & Marketing and/or IT profiles
• Experience in international recruiting is a strong plus
• You are familiar with digital sourcing tools
• You are able to work independently
• You have excellent communication skills (Dutch and English), both in writing and speaking
• You are eager to handle new challenges
• You have a proactive, problem solving, results-driven approach.
