Role description

The Talent Development team at Legend Biotech plays a crucial role in nurturing our global talent pool, ensuring engagement, development, and alignment with organizational objectives. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a temporary Talent Development Administrator to assist in managing various administrative tasks essential for supporting our talent management initiatives.

Responsibilities

System administration

  • Resolve technical issues related to our talent management systems
  • Manager user accounts and access rights and assign or transfer workflows and activities within our systems
  • Submit and manage helpdesk tickets to our provider
  • Maintain and update Talent homepage with accurate links, dates, and announcements

All-round administration

  • Draft communications to employees regarding performance milestones and achievements
  • Develop and update training materials related to performance and leadership
  • Generate and analyze workflow reports

Qualifications

  • Excellent multitasking abilities with a strong eye for detail
  • Structured approach to work and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch, both spoken and written
  • Precise handling of administrative tasks
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
  • Available for a minimum commitment of 6 months
