Job Description

Acting as a reliable business partner to the Group and its Regions, the Tax Analyst provides support on both compliance and consultancy tax matters. He/She carries out initial investigations into tax issues but has also an important role in the tax reporting processes and in the transfer pricing documentation.

Your Challenge

Compliance support
  • Coordinates the preparation and the review by required deadlines of CIT returns of the BENELUX entities
  • Provides local support in case of tax audit in any entity of the Group
  • Reviews the quarterly tax packages of all Group entities and provides support for tax proof reconciliation
Transfer pricing support
  • Prepares transfer pricing reporting obligations of the Group (i.e. Master File and CbCr)
  • Monitor and update with the help of external advisors the transfer pricing documentation of the Group
  • Monitor and follow-up local transfer pricing reporting obligations
Consultancy support
  • Provides financial accounting staff with technical tax advice and assistance in tax matters as necessary
  • Prepares and carries out initial investigations into tax issues, prepares reports and studies for management as requested
Ad hoc support
  • Supports the roll-out and widespread use of digital tools to ensure efficient tax reporting processes
  • Support and work with other functions throughout the company on various development projects and ad hoc requests as they arise
The Ideal Candidate Profile

Basic Requirements
  • University degree (economics or technical) or equivalent
  • Min. 3 years of experience in tax advisory, transfer pricing focus is a plus
  • Fluent in French and English
Needed knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of tax principles
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles
  • Ability to analyze and summarize tax data for management reporting purposes
  • Good Excel skills required
